Enculturation or just Evil?
I find it amazing that at least two African Americans have told me, with a straight face, that the Muhammad was only a sniper because the “white” society taught him to be a serial killer. They coin this “enculturation.”
While it is most certainly understandable why anyone would want to separate themselves of such an action by an obvious wacko but, to try to separate a person from their race by an extreme action seems to be overreaching. In fact, not only are some trying to state Muhammad/Williams isn’t a true “black” anymore, he’s a “white enculturated” and effectively a “white man’s robot” as no true black person can be a “serial killer.” I say they are half right. No true person should be a serial killer. Only an evil person can be a serial killer. But you have to realize that such behavior isn’t a “trait” of being white. Such a stereotype is as offensive as saying being “lazy” is a trait of being Mexican, being “a drunk” that of a Native American, or being promiscuous is a “trait” of being black. All of these stereotypes are offensive and untrue. While one may be able to point to individual cases that “prove” the stereotype, there are a multitude of other persons of those groups that prove differently. Being a ruthless murder isn’t a white “trait.” For is it was Idi Amin, Pol Pot, Mao Tse Tung, and the like would have never existed.
Now group up and stop blaming other races for a failure of an individual in your race. That not only goes toward those African Americans claiming enculturation produced the “evil” of Muhammad, but those white claiming that minorities are “stealing all their jobs.” Stop wasting time bitching, and go and improve yourself.
